Engineering curiosity, customer focus, clear delivery

Owns the client relationship and project delivery. From first call to handover she tracks scope, timeline and budget, prepares progress reports and keeps communication between the team and the client in one pair of hands. She is responsible for the company’s commercial decisions and for client relationships in the Nordic market, and runs meetings in English, Russian and Swedish.

Responsible for the technical architecture and the AI systems. He sets solution architecture, data models and integration decisions, and designs the ERP, process-automation and AI-agent foundations. He defines the standards for code quality, security and post-launch maintenance, gives the development team technical direction and builds the critical modules himself.

Responsible for digital marketing and growth. He plans, measures and optimises SEO, content and ad campaigns, and builds the conversion funnels our clients rely on. Brand visibility, analytics setup and performance reporting all sit with him.

AI and software engineering on the product side. He builds web interfaces, APIs and data-processing pipelines, and takes LLM-based assistants and automation flows into production. He works across testing, deployment and monitoring, and follows delivered systems to make sure they hold up in the field.
